Conditions of Entry

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry
• Please observe the pool rules at all times
• No pass outs will be issued
• No glass objects or alcoholic beverages are permitted in the complex
• No responsibility will be accepted for valuables
• No pets or animals are permitted in complex, with the exception of guide dogs
• Abusive, disruptive or offensive behaviour and language are not permitted
• Children under the age of 10 years must be actively supervised by an adult (16 years and over)
• ALM staff only are permitted to conduct learn to swim and private swimming lessons within the Centre, with the exception of parents instructing their own child in general public usage conditions
• Anyone attempting to gain entry without paying or without authorisation will be prosecuted
• Please read and adhere to the Swimming Hygiene Guidelines
• Mosman Swim Centre is a non-smoking venue
