Fitness and race training

Our Squad Program is a great way for your child to advance and refine their swimming skills whilst most importantly enjoying and having fun in the water all year round.

Mini Squads

These squads are perfect for students who want to develop their technique, endurance and fitness levels before swimmers enter either the Teen SwimFit Program or Bronze Squad. Sessions are 60 minutes.

Bronze Squads

Bronze Squads are invitation only squads, and have a very specific training schedule which is focused on development into elite racing and competition. Students who participate in these squads are required to be members of the Mosman Swim Club and participate in local and regional meets. Sessions are 1hr 15min- 1hr 30min.

Teen Swim Fit

The Teen Squad is designed for swimmers 13 years and above. This squad caters for swimmers who are after a more relaxed, non-competitive approach to their swimming. Sessions are 60 minutes.

Adult Swim Fit

This squad is designed for swimmers 16 years and above who are looking to build on their fitness levels while maintaining good technique or training for personal events and goals. The coach caters to the squads needs goals. Sessions are 60 minutes
